Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Handling Time
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees at checkout.
- Orders ₹501 and Above: FREE Shipping.
- Orders Below ₹501: Flat shipping rate of ₹59.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Transit time begins after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse
- Metro Cities: 3 – 5 Business Days
- Rest of India: 5 – 7 Business Days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Payment Models
- Prepaid Orders: You pay the full amount online via UPI, Card, or Netbanking.
- Partial Cash on Delivery (COD): To minimize fake orders, we follow a Partial COD model. You must pay a booking amount of ₹49 online at the time of checkout to confirm your order. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash to the delivery executive when the package arrives.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique Tracking ID / AWB number via email and SMS. You can track your order using the link provided in the message or on our website.
6. Delivery Coverage
We deliver Pan‑India to all serviceable pin codes. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative solution.
- International Shipping: Currently not available.
7. Failed Deliveries & Return‑to‑Origin (RTO)
Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If a courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept:
- The shipment will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
- For RTO cases due to customer error, the ₹49 booking amount and shipping charges are non-refundable.
